So I thought this was gonna be a flimsy cheaply made box, as I am not accustomed to buying plastic lunchboxes. When it arrived (overnight!!) I was greatly surprised to see that it is extremely well made, very sturdy and durable. The handle doesn't have a lot of swing space (it is short) but that keeps kids from swinging the lunch box all over the place. The compartments are nicely sized for a variety of foods. Again, I was shocked at how sturdy it is. We packed a lunch right away and did a few test to make sure the compartments are spill/leak proof. I decided to use jello (just to play it safe). I tossed the lunch box in the air, swing it around and dropped it on the table, after all that, I opened it to find that the jello was 96% still in its compartment, with that being said, I don't think I would put liquids in this lunchbox, humus, pudding and jello would be the extent of it for me.
